Club Overview:  The current incarnation of Chesham Octopush Club was formed in 1989 by father & son team, Bill and Toby Wells, and has been the formative stable of a number of today's top players.

Chesham was founded primarily as a recreational club, with its aims being the enjoyment of the game, and general fitness. Nevertheless, it does boast some highly-skilled players, including one Great Britain international and three current members and one former member of the UK Barbarians (an invitation team drawn from the UK's best players) as well as an international referee.

Over the last few seasons, the club has supplied players to the Great Britain Women's Masters team, the Eastern & Central Region Men's team, the Capital Men's team and the Thames Valley Regional team. Nevertheless, we have remained true to our roots: eleven years after its inauguration, the club still boasts several founder members, as well as attracting an ever-increasing number of visitors from other clubs, together with a steady stream of new members.

The club also runs an overseas touring team specialising in taking newer and less-experienced players to Octopush tournament in the more remote parts of the UK and Europe. Come and join us!

Club Nights:  The club meets at Chesham Leisure Centre, White Hill, Chesham, Bucks, HP5 1BB (behind Chesham High School), every Monday evening except Bank Holidays, from 9.15pm (for 9.30) to10.30pm. Club sessions cost £5.00 for adults and £2.50 for students, with the first session free.
