Club Overview:  St Albans Underwater Hockey Team was founded in 1974 and over the years has supplied a number of players to the Great Britain World and European Championships teams. New and visiting players are always welcome: please contact Kevin or Ali below.

Club Nights:  The club has a number of training sessions, which are as follow:
* Beginners / Intermediates (mixed): (St Albans Sub Aqua Club): Westminster Lodge, St. Albans, Wed, 8.45pm
* Advanced players (mixed): The Venue, Borehamwood, Tue, 8.45pm
* Ladies-only session: Westminster Lodge, St. Albans, Thu, 7.45pm
All club sessions cost ?4.00.
