Staff can be supplied for dedicated secretarial and administration service
within Northamptonshire, by the hour or per half / full day. Work can be faxed /
emailed / posted to existing and prospective customers.
One-to-one training on Microsoft ?Office? package
We specialise in personal and professional development, and can provide
one-to-one or group-based training on most Microsoft software packages.
Managing your image
We work with you to promote your company, designing business cards, leaflets, company mailshots, entertainment
programmes and posters, with lamination if required. We are also able to offer a digital photography service.
Lamination, scanning and binding services
All documents, from business card size to A3, can be laminated - please e-mail us for details. Any
document, up to A4 size, can be scanned and e-mailed, faxed, printed etc. and / or used within other documentation.
Presentations
can be bound, to complete the "professional look".
Comprehensive media format support
We can produce and provide the finished product on many different media
formats, including floppy disc, CD-ROM, and all three sizes of compact storage media -
SmartMedia, CompactFlash and Memory
Stick. We can also download, duplicate, print, email and fax content from all of
these
sources.
Databases created / updated
A company is only as strong as its knowledge base, and we can help you
make the most of your company data. A database can be created from scratch or an existing file
enhanced, either as a one-off project or maintained for you on an ongoing basis. The database can then be used as a mail-merge for
advertising or news-update mailshots. We can work in either Microsoft
Access or Excel, depending on your requirements.
Work can be collected / delivered
We recognise that time is money, and so, for a nominal fee, we offer a collection / delivery service within Northamptonshire. This fee is waived upon a minimum order value.
