Away from home, deprived of your usual hockey session, and wondering what lies outside these hotel walls? Wonder no more . . . The following table gives an easy-to-use summary of every club session going on in every part of the world that is not covered by the UK, European or North American Grab A Game! pages. The entries are arranged by country and club night.
 

Key:

B  :  Session specifically includes coaching for beginners - willing coaches welcome
D  :  Diving pit or deep pool
J  :  Junior Team
L  :  Ladies Team
Y  :  Youth Team
1  :  a tough game, suitable primarily for experienced players
2  :  a medium game, suitable for intermediate or not-so-energetic players
3  :  a relatively easy game, suitable for novice or not-so-competitive players

Please note that this page is very much in its infancy, so all additions and amendments to fill in the gaps will be gratefully received. Club gradings are nominal, mostly with thanks to the club organisers themselves, and are purely to give visiting players an idea of the standard of game they might expect to find at the club in question. I want them to be accurate, so please mail me if you disagree with any of the gradings. However, top-flight players should please note that they will always be made most welcome at the "lower grade" clubs, and that any expertise passed on to those clubs can only benefit the sport as a whole, in all of the countries in which it is played.

Manila		La Salle Greenhills Swimming Pool, Manila on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19.30-21.30.
South Africa

Harare		The pool varies with season: during summer the club plays on Tuesday and Thursday at Avondale Pool in Avondale at 18.00-19.30. On Saturdays they play at Mount Pleasant pool at around 12.00-14.00. The venue in winter is Mount Pleasant, on a day discussed at the end of the summer season. At the moment the club plays only in the capital city Harare, but anyone going to Bulawayo could try at Borrowstreet Swimming Pool for info; there is usually a list on the notice board.
